PRICING: Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed.
AVAILABILITY: Brenda Houston Designs does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products in all categories at any time without notice. Should paper specifications change within wall coverings, Brenda Houston Designs will notify the client prior to production. Our standard lead time as follows:
Wall coverings - 8-12 weeks for production (may be longer for complex projects).
Furniture, Accessories, Lighting – 10-16 weeks for production.
EXPEDITED ORDERS: Rush ordering is available for an additional cost subject to the classification category. Our expedited order time is 4-8 weeks for production of wall coverings and 8-10 weeks for furniture.
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept payment by credit card, check, and bank wire (with a fee) for international orders. For trade account orders we ask that payment be made by check or bank wire (with a fee). Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment cleared. Please make checks payable to: Brenda Houston 25 Highland Park Village, Suite 100-776, Dallas, TX. 75205.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of order or receipt of invoice. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once they have been confirmed.
SHIPPING: All shipments will be made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All shipments are FOB Origin, Los Angeles, CA. Dallas, TX. Detroit, MI. Special handling requests and white glove delivery are subject to extra change.
RETURN POLICY: Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
